Our platform provider has identified the root cause and is applying remediations.
There is currently no ETA for resolution, though our provider has noted a 'backlog of several hours' must be processed.

The issue with the underlying provider, AWS, has worsened, resulting in system outages.
The platform provider is implementing a resolution as of 10:38 Pacific.

Our infrastructure provider AWS is experiencing a region-wide issue which is impacting various HealthSherpa features, including emails and enrollments.
Users may see certain requests not complete or fail.
Our engineering team is working with platform providers. There is currently no ETA for resolution.
